not seeing or hearing any advertisements

being able to connect with a family member

living with kids, so i have an excuse to play and goof off

living with a very lovey kitty

not having strangers living above or below me

having the use of an awesome entertainment/theater room

using 4 types of recycling (glass/cans, plastic, paper and compost)
